Website Visitor Policy

Website Visitors Policy

This web site is owned and operated by or on behalf of Raintree Village Children and Family Services. We recognize that visitors to our sites may be concerned about the information they provide to us, and how we treat that information. This Visitors Policy provides some information concerning visits to our web sites. This policy may be changed or updated from time to time, without notice and at the sole discretion of Raintree Village.
Data on site visitors and visits may be collected via DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Yahoo!, Eyereturn or another similar service. The information collected is intended to help determine our audience’s demographics and interests so that we can more accurately deliver our messages to those individuals that will be most interested in seeing them.
Additionally, our web server automatically recognizes a visitor’s domain name and browser. We collect the domain name of visitors to our web sites, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, information on what pages consumers access and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey answers, event registrations and employment application information.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web site, used to notify consumers about updates to our web site, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes and employment purposes.
Raintree Village Children and Family Services employs a number of safeguards for all data that enters the local network from the Internet. Examples of these practices include use of firewall, e-mail filtering and a public key infrastructure to enforce perimeter security, use of anti-malware software, workstation and server disk encryption, file level and share level document security, and control of physical access to data centers.
Data transmissions from visitors that involve financial transactions are secured using the certificate-based https protocol.
